Modernist Cuisine

Christmas comes early this year at JGCC.  The much anticipated Modernist Cuisine has finally arrived.  I can say without hesitation that this anthology of culinary discovery will forever change the way we cook.  In a good way, that is.  I have only begun to peruse the pages of the first book (1 of 5).  I have much to learn.
